Timing
Orders ship within 3 business days. Commissions take longer — three to five weeks is typical, and we will give you a date before you commit to anything.
US delivery is normally two to five days after dispatch.
How it is packed
Jewelry travels in a kraft box with a wool pad, inside a padded mailer. Tumbled stones are wrapped individually — quartz is hard but brittle, and stones knocking together in transit is exactly how edges get chipped.
No plastic clamshells, no foam peanuts. If something arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking further and we will replace or refund it.
Returns
Thirty days, any reason. Send it back unworn and in its original packing and we refund the item price in full. Return postage is on you unless the piece was damaged, faulty, or not what was described — in which case it is on us.
Commissions are made to your specification, so they are only returnable if something is wrong with the workmanship. We send photos for approval before finishing, which is where problems get caught.
Natural variation is not a fault. Tumbled stones sold in multiples vary in color and pattern — that is the nature of the material and it is why we describe ranges rather than exact stones. If a piece is genuinely not what you expected, though, the thirty-day return still applies. We would rather have it back than have you disappointed.
Repairs
Free for two years on our own work — loose settings, bent ear wires, a clasp that stopped gripping. After two years we charge materials and postage only.
